Massage therapy is a treatment that involves the manipulation of soft tissues in the body, including muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It is often used to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and alleviate pain.
The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some people may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may only need one every few months. Your therapist can help you determine the best schedule for you.
It will be a 1 hour appointment to discuss health and fitness goals. You will be prescribed exercises to target your areas of pain/concern. You will leave with an exercise plan tailored to your needs and learn how to do all exercises safely and effectively. This can be a 1 and done appointment, or on a regular basis as desired. Bundle discounts available.
I can direct bill for most insurance companies. I also accept credit, debit, cash, and e-transfer
